Store Policy
1. Shipping & Handling: All orders will ship in 2-5 business days via USPS. When your order has shipped, Shopify will contact you with your Priority Mail Tracking Details. Please note our shipping and handling fees cover Tracking and Signature confirmation. However please note, once your order is delivered (signed off by someone in your household)/attempted to be delivered, we are no longer responsible for package. It is the customers responsibility to collect all packages from the USPS location stated on the USPS notice if they were not home during the time of delivery.
a. Domestic Shipping: Please allow USPS Priority Mail approximately 1-2 days for delivery.
b. International Shipping: Please allow USPS Express Mail approximately 6-8 days for delivery. Please note that all shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you
c. Please note once we have shipped your order we do not have access or control to its delivery time. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your orders Tracking Information please contact USPS directly with your Tracking ID.
d. Returns & Exchanges: Please carefully select your correct size as we do not accept Returns or Exchanges.
e. Please note all order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
